こちらこそ、ありがとうございました。
充実した旅行となり、大変勉強になりました。

この旅行の一番の目的は、ソフトマシーン美術館で
彦坂さんの回顧展を拝見することにありました。

彦坂さんと出会ってから、一年半ぐらいになると思いますが、
実のところ、作品の実物は今まで単発的には見たことがあったのですが
全体を並べて拝見したことはありませんでした。

実際に作品を見なければ話にならないとの思いに駆られて、
今回の旅行に参加したしだいです。

＞それなのに、何故に
＞佐々木薫さんとの論争が波及するのか？
＞私の回顧展を見ても、
＞感想を言わなかったからです。

失礼しました。せっかく一緒に行ったのに感想の一つも
言わず済みませんでした。思い返してみると勿体ないことをしたと思っています。
回顧展に伺って、作品の幅の広さに呆気にとられ、

＞実際には、もっと幅が広いのですね(笑)。
＞あれはコレクターの買ったものですから,
＞買えないタイプのフロアイヴェントなどは抜けています。

また一点一点の緊張感の凄みにかなり参ってしまい、
混乱し許容量を越えてしまったしだいです。

＞でも、軽く感想を言えば良いのです。

あれだけの作品を前に、軽くあいさつ程度に
感想を言うのは難しいことでした。
浮ついた表面上の感想を行ってもぼろが出てしまいそうで
恐ろしいのです。それだけ緊張感をともなう展示だったと思います。

＞感想を軽く、言えるようにすることは必要です。

そうですね。関係を保つためには必要なこと事だと思います。
修行が足りないですね。
旅行から帰ってきて、再びソフトマシーンコレクション彦坂尚嘉作品集を
見直しています。実物を見てからだと実感を持って見直す事が出来ます。

遅ればせながら感想です。

会場では、カタログ片手に年代順に、自分なりに整理しながら時間をかけて拝見させていただきました。

７７年のウッドペインティングによるプラクティス＜和歌＞の５７５７７の構築性から始まり、
次第に様々な比率や和のリズムを足し引きしながら展開していく過程を、とても興味深く拝見しました。
ウッドペインティングシリーズは、その素材感もあり和および東洋の要素を多く含んだ作品だと
思いましたが、実は僕の眼差しはセザンヌを見るときのモードになっていました。
比率、構成、リズム、線の関連性、構築、逆に崩壊　空間　などの基準を設定しながら
かなり必死に見せていただきました。未だ追っ手も追っ手も追い付けない感覚が残っています。

＞セザンヌは液体美術ですが、私はそれを気体美術化しているのです。

それに続いて見たグジャグジャ君はガラッと変わります。セザンヌ目線になっていた私の感覚は 大きく揺さぶられました。面白い体験でした。

＞手袋を裏返しにするように逆転している展開です。

入り口にあった３点のリノベーション・アート作品ですが、正直どう解釈して良いのか分かりませんでした。

＞分からないと言って頂けて、
＞心が落ち着きます。

形態的に面白く思えますし、驚きもある。鳥籠の展示方法も魅力的なのですが、その次がつかめない と言った印象でした。何とも言えない浮遊感覚が残っています。

垂直の海・二重奏6　これは凄く好きです。ウッドペインティング、グジャグジャ君は、
好き嫌いと言うよりも、分析的な目線で見ていますが、この作品は単純に好みです。

画面下部から実体感が徐々になくなり、上部では完全に粒子化してしまい、その気体が
こちら側に迫ってくる。恐怖感を感じます。面白いです。

拙い言葉ですが、率直な感想を述べさせていただきました。
大部分はまだまだ言葉では言い表せていません。
未消化の部分がボディーブローのようにジワジワと効いてきています。
