船宿 鄙（ひな）

新幹線では

スムーズな旅行でしたが、

福山からの高速バスでミスってしまって、

それでも無事に鵜島に来ました。

古い友人が和船を作っているのです。

実物を見ると、思ったより大きいので驚きました。

和船を使った展覧会の可能性を模索しています。

前に大八車を使った作品を考えて探して、それは見つからなかったのですが、

先日、ひとつ見つけました。

まあ、実現するかどうかはわかりませんが、

鄙は、プライベートビーチがあって、

やたらに良いところです。

ネット環境はむずかしくて、

これは友人のコンピューターで書いています。

建築も友人の設計でつくった和風建築で、

お風呂も３つあって、昨日は丸い浴槽で泡の出るタイプに入りました。

殆ど毎日の更新、大変なエネルギーを使っていらっしゃるかと思いますが面白く読ませていただいています。最近になって読者になりましたので、遡って最初から少しづつ読んでおりますが、美術界について「なるほど」と納得させる記述が多く大いに楽しませて頂いております。
ところで、世俗的かつ低レベルの質問で申し訳ないのですが、彦坂様は経済的には、いかような方法でお暮らしなのでしょうか？素朴に疑問に思いましたので、出来ましたらで結構ですのでお答え願えないでしょうか？

コメントありがとうございます。ブログの更新そのものは、それほどのエネルギーを使っている分けではありません。この旅行でも、もう少し書こうとしているのですが、ネット環境がなかなかそろえられていなくて、難しいです。今は、旅館のコンピューターで書いています。
ご質問ですが、私自身は美術家ですから、経済的にも美術で暮らしています。展覧会を開いて、完売するということも、何度もやってきています。美術家というのは普通な意味で職業です。普通のものに比べると、付加価値が高いのです。
　多くの美術家が美術作品を制作し、それを売って生活していますが、その事実を見たくないのです。
　建築の人達と付き合って、一番気にするのは、同じ質問というか興味でした。ですからそういう展覧会を開いて見せると、今度は逆に興味がなくなるのです。彼らは実際の作品を見ると興味をなくします。
　美術家の古い友人も同様ですね。そういうことを何とも言いようがありません。多くの人は美術家というのが職業であったという歴史的な事実を見たくないのです。
　中流の人は美術を買いません。下流の人も買いません。その辺のところに、問題があるように思います。
　　美術史家の友人もそうですが、作品を売るということから目をそらします。まるで売春をしているように思っているのです。美術史家で、その辺をきちんと書いたのは田中ひさおさんです。私たちが名前を知っている有名な美術家で、非職業的な作家は、実はほとんどゼロなのです。つまりほとんどすべての美術家は職業人です。

移動中からの御返信有難うございます。旅先にPCを携帯いたしますと、旅をしているか、ネット環境の悪さと苦闘しているのだか判然としなくなりますがその中でのブログ更新、読者としては吉野山中でのドライブも間接体験でき楽しいものが有ります。記事中に「ブログには何かある」との記述が有りますが、個人的にはコンピューターという存在に何かあるのではと思っております。どうして皆が偏執的にPCを繋げなければと思ってしまうのでしょうか..。全世界のPC不具合時に消費されるエネルギーを何か有益なことに使えば世界が変ると思うこともしばしばです。
質問対するご回答、改めて彦坂様はどんな質問にも真摯に回答してくださる方だと感じました。美術だけで御生活なさってらっしゃるとのこと、多くの美術家が何らかの形で教師の職を持ちながらだという事を考えると素晴らしいです。「まるで売春をしているように思っているのです」という記述も名言ですね！「田中ひさお」さん、読んでみます。彦坂様は「買わない」という事に問題があると答えてくださいましたが、私的な考えとしては美術は複製芸術では無いところに問題があるのではと思います。（複製芸術にした方もいらっしゃいますが、それでもエディションを購入するしかないのでは）
文学は誰でも手に入れて、何回でも読み直すことができますし、映画も今やDVDという方法が有ります。美術の一級品を直接目にすると感動しますが、それと共に「やはり美術は開かれた文化ではない」という実態に複雑な思いを持ちます。
出来るだけ文章の無駄をとりましたが、長くなって申し訳ありません。「オバサン」に様をつけるのは語感が良いですね、これから「オバサン様」にします。彦坂様、来年まで続けるつもりと過去のブログにありましたが、そう仰らずに是非この勢いでお続けください。

Virtually all of what you say is supprisingly accurate and that makes me ponder why I hadn’t looked at this with this light previously. This particular piece truly did turn the light on for me as far as this specific subject matter goes. However at this time there is just one position I am not too comfortable with and whilst I make an effort to reconcile that with the actual core theme of the point, allow me see just what all the rest of the visitors have to point out.Well done.
